We offer a 30-day return window for all items purchased in-store or on our website.
All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of handling and processing the return. It does NOT cover return shipping costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit you receive.
We do not give money back for returned items. Instead, we offer store credit for the value of the item(s) returned minus the restocking fee.
You can use the store credit to purchase a new item(s) from our online store. Previously paid shipping charges will not count toward store credit.
Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these criteria.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives at our facility.
How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
Once we receive the item(s) and verify they meet our return criteria, we will issue store credit minus the restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
We will work with you to resolve the issue and either replace the item or issue store credit for the value of the item.
